I’m an Austin original now living in Round Rock, TX with my adorable rabbit Milly. She enjoys long hops, carrots, and taking selfies with me of course. 🙂
An early obsession with National Geographic Magazine quickly led to an even stronger obsession with everything photography and when my dad bought a Canon DSLR camera it was love at first sight.
It is truly my passion to know you, hear your story and give you my interpretation in beautiful, everlasting photographs.

My name’s Steven Slyter, and I LOVE shooting weddings and events! A Texan native, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard right out of high school to see the world. After serving my country for 4 years, I went to Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi, receiving my bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication. I moved to Austin to be closer to all of my family, and love the music scene here.
As the owner of Full Scope, I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to shoot your wedding. Due to my experience as a professional MC, I’m able to help round up family members for the crucial portrait shots after the ceremony finishes. Additionally, I love to capture all of those candid moments that you and your significant other will keep for a lifetime. "We loved having Steven as our DJ, he knows how to create the perfect vibe! Steven was energetic, engaging, and enjoyable to work with! From our first phone call to the last song of the night, Steven’s commitment to our wedding vision was apparent. Not only was he open to our ideas, but his excitement about them was also contagious. Steven understands how to read the vibe of the crowd and was able to express that musically. During cocktail hour the atmosphere he created inspired people to mingle with others they didn’t know and at one point groups of people were singing together out loud as if they were longtime best friends even though they just met!
